We also launched Welcome-by-Appointment which allowed customers to book appointments with our store guides who help them find the exact product they desire. Customers can also pre-book curated trails on our app or website for a personalized shopping experience on our campus. Adding to this, our navigation kiosks offered a safe buying experience with ready information at our customer's fingertips. These kiosks helped customers find their way around the campus, and also provided directions towards particular stores, etc.
