Future of Homes - E-Book

We live in the age of rapid urbanisation. Technology is altering everything around us: the way we work and live, the way we interact and discuss, all aspects of our lives undergoing profound changes. The pandemic is leaving a deep impact on our lifestyles and forcing us to plan the way ahead.

To understand these issues and debate their implications, Creaticity launched an initiative for the industry and by the industry – Virtual Conclave – a platform that brought together stakeholders and interested customers through a series of webinars. The idea was to look at different facets and ideas that contribute to the future of a home before it arrives. Home & Home+ Conclave brought thought leaders and visionaries on the same podium. The webinars were live, with advice and viewpoints from our speakers and questions and counterpoints from a highly interactive and intelligent audience. Industry leaders like design engineers, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, furniture designers and décor experts were among those who expressed their points of view.

The response was overwhelming, with over 1500 delegates attending online sessions of five-and-a-half hours. There were four sessions, with over 20 panellists.

At the conclave, we launched 'Future of Homes', the first-of-its-kind e-book in the Home Category. It can be downloaded here: https://www.creaticity.co.in/future-of-homes-ebook-download/ The book features articles by prominent thinkers and practitioners in the home decor, furniture, and related categories. It covers a wide array of subjects. For instance, Mr Anil Mathur, Chief Operating Officer of the Interio Division at Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd covers how ‘Life Continues, but the Destination has Changed’, Mr Robin Lim, VP Sales, Asia of Ashley Furniture Industries, discusses how ‘Leading in a Post-COVID Environment’ will be like, Mr Govind Shrikhande, an Independent Director on the Board of V Mart Retails, IRH Pvt. Ltd. & Donear Industries Ltd., talks about ‘The Big Picture Home’ and Mr Mahesh M, CEO of Creaticity expounds on ‘Integrate to Differentiate’. There are a total of 20 articles by pioneer-contributors, covering relevant issues and topics.

Team ‘Home & Home+’ deserves credit for this entire project, thoughtfully curating the content, connecting with speakers, engaging with contributors and making this knowledge sharing platform truly worthwhile. The webinar and web-launch of the e-book were very well attended with readers asking questions and putting forth their opinions. The launch was also very well covered by the press.

Creaticity feels pleased and proud of the response and is committed to launching such initiatives in the future.
